Retire Before 25

Hey guys,

This is an exciting time in my life and I want you to join me for the next five years as I shoot for $100,000 a year in “residual” income – income that continues to come whether I’m on the Beach or in my vacation home in Tokyo, Japan or in the middle of Nevada rolling a Nissan Xterra – all that – by the age of 25.

Think I can do it?

Man, what am I thinking? I haven’t even introduced myself.

My name’s Cody and I’m 19 years old right now. I’ll be 20 in two months. I like playing guitar, driving my Mazda RX-7 and offroading with friend. I also love astronomy and looking at the stars. I like being outside when I can and I like it when it rains for an entire day. (Assuming I don’t have to be out in the rain…)
